Cloudrocket LLC, a Washington limited liability corporation, ("Cloudrocket," "we," "us," or "our") operates Email Lockdown, an email domain protection service that helps businesses protect their customers from email spoofing and impersonation. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information.

Email Content
Email Lockdown processes and stores email messages and metadata (sender, recipient, subject, timestamps, headers) as part of enforcing your email authentication policies and protecting your domain from unauthorized use.

Domain and Configuration Data
We store DNS records, domain configurations, and email authentication policy settings you provide.

Usage Data
We collect logs of service activity including policy enforcement events, authentication results, and system health metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain Email Lockdown
• Enforce your email authentication policies and protect your domain from spoofing and unauthorized use
• Send service notifications, alerts, and support communications
• Generate reports and analytics visible to your account administrators
• Comply with legal obligations
• Improve the service

We do not sell your data. We do not use your email content for advertising.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security controls including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and encryption at rest.

Email content and logs are retained for three (3) years, after which they are deleted. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for business and legal purposes.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers — Microsoft Azure and other vendors who operate infrastructure on our behalf, bound by confidentiality obligations
• Microsoft Marketplace — If you subscribe through Microsoft AppSource, Microsoft processes your transaction under their own privacy policy
• Law enforcement — When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of others

5. Your Rights

You may request to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated personal data
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

6. Washington State Residents

We comply with applicable Washington state privacy laws. Washington residents have the rights described in Section 5 above. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

7. Geographic Availability

Email Lockdown is available to customers located in the United States only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom. If you are located in the EEA or United Kingdom, do not use this service.

8. Children's Privacy

Email Lockdown is a business service not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
